"Jane was the real estate agent for my first home purchase in 2020. I worked with three other realtors in the DC-MD-VA tristate area, and among them, Jane was the best. As first time home buyers, I had a lot of questions about the home buying process and Jane was always very helpful, thorough and patient with her answers. She is very knowledgeable about the various intricacies of home buying and helped me navigate each step of this arduous process efficiently. When I had to make important decisions, she clearly communicated the various options at my disposal and offered what she thought the best course of action would be in each case. Although she had to travel from Baltimore to show me homes in the DC-MD area, she was never late and always tried to accommodate my schedule. Since I do not own a car, she graciously drove me around to view different homes, and then dropped me off at the closest metro station at the end of our appointment. She was always pleasant and had plenty stories, real estate and otherwise, to regale me in between showings. Finally, she coordinated effectively with the seller, the settlement agent and the loan originator to ensure that the house was bid, inspected and closed on time. Brenda helped us sell our old house and buy a new one. We are very picky people and had her show us dozens of houses in two counties.
