REALTOR® | Mortgage Loan Officer | Homeownership Advocate
A Home Changes Everything.
Because homeownership is more than buying a house—it's building your future.
I didn't choose real estate because I wanted to sell houses.
I chose it because I've seen firsthand how homeownership can change the course of a family's future.
My understanding of real estate began long before I ever became a REALTOR®. When my family relocated from Germany to the United States in the early 1980s, we arrived during one of the most challenging housing markets in American history. Mortgage interest rates had climbed above 17%, making homeownership feel impossible for many families. I still remember my father spending months searching for an assumable VA loan because it was one of the few paths to an affordable mortgage. Watching the determination it took to achieve homeownership left a lasting impression on me.
That experience planted a seed.
As a teenager, I worked for a REALTOR®, doing everything from running errands to helping around the office. It gave me a front-row seat to one of life's biggest milestones. I watched families receive the keys to homes they never thought they could own, and I saw the pride, security, and opportunity that came with homeownership.
At just 21 years old, I purchased my first home.
In fact, I've never paid rent.
Instead, I've spent my adult life using real estate as a tool to build wealth. By strategically leveraging the equity from one home into the next, I've built rental properties, completed investment renovations, and experienced firsthand how homeownership can create financial freedom over time.
That isn't just something I teach.
It's how I've lived my life.
Today, my mission is to help others discover those same opportunities.
I believe too many people think buying a home requires perfect credit, a huge down payment, or a level of wealth they simply don't have. In reality, many people are much closer to homeownership than they realize—they simply haven't had someone take the time to educate them about the options available.
That's where I come in.
As both a REALTOR® and Mortgage Loan Officer, I help clients understand every step of the process. Rather than sending buyers from one professional to another, I guide them through everything from preparing financially and exploring down payment assistance programs to finding the right home, negotiating the purchase, securing financing, and closing with confidence.
I became a Mortgage Loan Officer because I wanted to better serve my clients. I didn't want financing to be the part of the transaction I understood the least—I wanted it to become one of the greatest ways I could educate buyers and help turn their dreams into reality. By understanding both sides of the transaction, I'm able to provide more complete guidance and help clients make informed decisions from beginning to end.
Clients often describe me as knowledgeable, trustworthy, and a true advocate. Those qualities come from a commitment to lifelong learning. I continuously invest in education, market research, technology, artificial intelligence, negotiation, and industry training so I can provide my clients with the most current information and the strongest possible representation.
One of the most rewarding moments of my career was helping a family of six move from renting a one-bedroom apartment into a four-bedroom home of their own by strategically using down payment assistance programs. Watching their children run through rooms they could finally call theirs reinforced exactly why I chose this career.
Today I'm proud to call Baltimore home.
My wife and I chose Locust Point because we wanted a more walkable lifestyle, closer connections with friends, and a neighborhood full of character. I love the historic industrial architecture, the waterfront, the local businesses, and the strong sense of community. Living here has only strengthened my passion for helping others discover everything Baltimore has to offer.
I proudly serve buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Whether you're purchasing your very first home, moving up, downsizing, relocating, or investing, my goal is always the same: to educate, advocate, and help you build long-term wealth through homeownership.
Beyond serving clients, I volunteer with Lucky Dog Animal Rescue and serve on committees with the Maryland Association of REALTORS®. I also enjoy mentoring fellow real estate professionals in CRM systems, video marketing, and artificial intelligence, and I'm expanding my educational outreach through first-time homebuyer workshops and REALTOR® training focused on down payment assistance and homeownership opportunities.
When you work with me, you'll never have to wonder what comes next.
I'll be there every step of the way—explaining, educating, advocating, and making sure you feel confident in every decision you make.
Because for me, success isn't measured by the number of homes I sell.
It's measured by the lives changed through homeownership, the wealth families build, and the opportunities that begin the day they receive the keys.
A Home Changes Everything.
And I'd be honored to help you discover just how much it can change for you.
